[Hosaka-san]

This random post and poll comes from a random joke that TK made about me.

The reason being? I have a penchant for sneakers. Enough to the point where I've bought a pair every week for the last three weeks. I tend to buy my shoes and then figure out outfits from them, so I'm either very ass backwards or a woman in a man's body. XDDD

Anyway, she now calls me Sneakers O'Toole. Not because I don't take them off *snicker*, but because I think I'm at the magic number of at least 10. >_< I think that I might need help.

Someone help me. Or at least give me a decent argument to go against that name?

I've got down to 2. My docs for work/general use and a pair of converse that are just easier to slip on for going to the shops.

i got my nice sneakers and my dirty sneakers
i got brown dress, black dress, and really nice black dress for when i wear a suit.

So I always got at least 5. If you count slippers, water socks etc... then it's greater than 5.

Because let some ppl tell it, I'm almost as bad as a girl about it. XD

Supposedly men have a tendency to simplify things in that area. Three pairs tops are usually the median. Well, except for me... and apparently Illi as well.

2 pairs of shoes, 3 pairs of jeans, about 20 t-shirts and 1 coat. What else do you need?

That's my problem too. I have a million shirts and not enough pants. XD I think that I am at 3 pairs of jeans.

Why is so difficult to buy the hubby shoes, Lina? Weird size?

I wish I had a unique size shoe. I wear a 12. Mind you, I'm only 5'7".

Oh yeah... I recounted in my head:

2 pairs o' beat em' ups for working/running about/whatev
7 pairs of clean new sneakers for events and such
1 pair of casual dress-up shoes
2 pairs of formal guys for suits (WHICH I CAN NO LONGER FIT! >_____<)

With at least three more pairs of sneaks to come and a pair of comfortable wallobees. After this, I have to stop. Seriously. I'll let you guys come to town and beat me up if I get any more beyond that. XD

with clothes i can always just stuff it in the closet and he'll wear it eventually. just doesnt work that way with shoes

Work-friendly rubber-soled black leather shoes
Black leather Sketchers for the formal-casual occasion
Cons for everything else
All-purpose flip-flops for laziness
Beaten old Nikes for working out
Torn up Etnies for manual labor.

I'd say more is acceptable as occasion permits, but the only thing you should match your shoes with is your belt (ala, brown on black).

You only need 2, One pair of Nice shoes and one pair of $20 wal-mart shoes. Why would you need anything else?

For everyday wear? around 2. I just bought new shoes yesterday because the ones i've been wearing for the past like 2-3 years are falling apart so bad i can no longer wear them .

So my shoe list consists of:

black dress shoes
new Adio's
old vans I almost never wear, so are in new condition
$2.50 old navy flip flops
old shoes that i can no longer wear do to aging
