Alright, the point of this thread is to increase sharing amongst fans of HG. If at any time our torrents should go down, (damn it Grommet/whoever is hosting the tracker currently), our only method of distribution is through free file distribution sites, such as megaupload, rapidshare, yousendit, and sendspace. It's nice that sites like these exist. This thread is simply going to be a place where you request an HG Episode to be uploaded to sendspace if it has not been already, (or if the current links are down), and someone will hopefully do it for you. This doesn't have to necessarily be anyone from Bakafish, if you're feeling nice and you have the episode, you can do it as well.

Problems with sendspace:
They only allow 1gb of bandwidth per file and a maximum size of 300mbs. If a file is 100mbs, that means only 10 people can download it a day from that particular sendspace link, 200 mbs, 5 people, etc. Which means we'll probably need a lot of different sendspace links. So if anyone is feeling generous, upload a file to sendspace when someone asks for it.

If a link doesn't work because it's out of bandwidth for a day, try another one of the mirrors. If none of those mirrors work, wait until tomorrow or hope someone else uploads a new mirror. If a link says that it has expired, let us know so we can try and upload it again. Any link that has more than one part requires you to have winrar and that you have downloaded all the parts. You must then open up the first part, making sure they're all in the same folder, and hit extract. That will get you the whole file.

Also, feel free to upload to rapidshare, megaupload, or any of those other sites, we'd just prefer sendspace. And remember, just because there's already one mirror there, doesn't mean we couldn't use more.

if you become a member on www.yousendit.com (it's free btw) you can upload a file upto 1gb that 100 people can download. (size doesn't matter though, it's always for 100 people, even if it's just 50mb or so).
Might be a little better than sendspace's ~10 or so people. =)

Yes these downloads are the high quality versions.

And I know about YouSendIt, but the problem is it is only for 100 people. Sendspace last forever, but it is only 10 downloads or so a day. In 10 days a sendspace link beats a yousendit link, (we'd have to re-upload it a lot more).

In any case, I would have more linked but my internet went out the other night while I was uploading some more episodes. Whenever anyone else uploads one post it here and I'll edit the first post.
